1. Introduction

We value the trust you place in us when you give us access to your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy describes how we work to maintain that trust and details our collection, use and disclosure of the information you give to us when you access or use EngineerJobs, including without limitation any standard or mobile versions of this website and the services, products and features we offer on it, and any software or mobile applications we may provide on or in connection with EngineerJobs (collectively, “EngineerJobs”).

This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference the Terms of Service that apply to your use of EngineerJobs.  When you visit EngineerJobs or provide us with information in connection with any service, product or feature offered on EngineerJobs, you consent to our use and disclosure of the information we collect, as described in this Privacy Policy, unless separate terms are offered by you in writing and accepted in writing by us.

1.1 Who is Responsible for Your Data?

The Indeed entity responsible for your information will depend on your location and whether you are a Job Seeker or Employer. Please check the tables below to determine the entity responsible.

Our core mission is to help job seekers find great jobs, and employers find great candidates.  Since each of our affiliates shares this core mission, we developed the Privacy Center as a way of educating our users about our affiliates and how we share data with them to provide the strongest product and service offerings to our users.  We encourage you to visit the Privacy Center to learn more.

1.2 Personal Data and Personal Information

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Data and Personal Information are used interchangeably to mean any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.  Non-personal data is any other information, such as aggregate, statistical data, we collect when you access or use EngineerJobs. Where this Privacy Policy refers to “data” or “information,” this may include both Personal Data and non-personal data.

1.3 The Scope of Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers only data that we collect through EngineerJobs and from third-party sources in connection with your use of EngineerJobs. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, our data collection practices on Indeed.com or the data collection practices of our affiliates (please visit the Privacy Center to learn more about our privacy practices applicable to Indeed.com and our affiliates’ privacy practices) or other third-parties, including any third-party operators of webpages to which EngineerJobs links, and any information that we collect offline or through any websites, products, or services that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy.

1.4 Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.  We encourage you to visit this section of EngineerJobs periodically to keep abreast of any changes.  Each time we update this Privacy Policy, we will add a new effective date at the top of the page in the “Last Updated” legend.  Any changes and additions to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the “Last Updated” date indicated above and by continuing to use EngineerJobs or provide us information after that date, you agree to all changes, additions, and other amendments to this Privacy Policy.  In some cases, we may notify you of changes to this Privacy Policy if we feel that we are using your Personal Data collected through EngineerJobs in a manner materially different from that stated at the time of collection. We will provide this notice in accordance with applicable law; however, typically, it will be in the form of an email to you or a notice posted to EngineerJobs for 30 days prior to the materially different use.

1.5 Our Approach to Privacy

We take privacy seriously and recognize our users do too.  We crafted this Privacy Policy with the intention of keeping our users informed about how we process their data in accordance with their expectations and applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information from and about you when you use EngineerJobs. We may also obtain information about you from our affiliates and business partners, other third-parties and publicly available sources. 

2.1 Contact and Other Information You Provide to EngineerJobs

We collect information, including Personal Data, from you when you request information, subscribe for a service (e.g., a Job Alert), or otherwise actively send us your data on or through EngineerJobs including by accessing EngineerJobs. This may include your email address and any other data that you choose to upload to EngineerJobs.

2.2 Through Your Activity on EngineerJobs

In addition, as part of the standard operation of EngineerJobs, we may collect and analyze information from your computer or mobile device and about actions taken on EngineerJobs, including but not limited to your searches on EngineerJobs (such as the titles, location, salary and other information about any of your job searches and results we provide), your activity on EngineerJobs (such as page views, clicks, taps, session activity and time), and information about your browser and the device you use to access EngineerJobs (such as browser, operating system and device type, MAC address, IP address, and the name of the originating domain from which you accessed EngineerJobs).

We may also track information about our users in the aggregate for various purposes, including to analyze trends and statistics about the use of EngineerJobs, including our services, products, and features.  This includes the total number of visitors to EngineerJobs, the number of visitors to each page of EngineerJobs, IP addresses, the URLs of external websites linked to EngineerJobs, search terms, the domain names of our users’ Internet Service Providers, and operating system and browser types.  We may use such aggregate information to analyze trends, administer EngineerJobs, and track users’ movements for aggregate use. Such aggregate information is not unique to you nor is it linked to any Personal Data that can be used to identify a natural person. We may share this aggregate information with third-parties, including our affiliated and parent companies, for various reasons related to our business, including, without limitation, to assist them in targeting advertisements to appropriate audiences.  

2.3 Other Personal Data that We may Receive from Third-Parties

We may offer on EngineerJobs links to third-party websites that allow you to share information with a third-party website, including one operated an affiliate, and from a third-party website to EngineerJobs.  When you click a link to a third-party website, you are no longer on EngineerJobs and your use of the third-party website is subject to the terms and conditions (including any privacy and cookie policies) of that website.  For more information on your interaction with third-party websites, please see Section 11 of this Privacy Policy.

Any Personal Data that we may receive from third-party websites through your use of EngineerJobs will be processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  

2.4 Your Personal Data may be Required

Typically, we will prompt you at the point when you provide your Personal Data to us whether or not it is necessary that you provide this information in order for us to provide particular services, products or features to you on EngineerJobs.  If you choose not to provide your Personal Data in such instances when it is necessary, some or all of our services, products or features may not be available to you.  

2.5 The Legal Basis on Which We Collect Your Personal Data

EngineerJobs collects and processes your Personal Data on the basis of different legal grounds, depending on the nature of the Personal Data being provided and the type of processing involved.

Performance of a Contract.  We process certain Personal Data on the basis that such processing is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, or in order to take steps at the request of the user prior to entering such an agreement. An example of this would be where we share your Personal Data with an employer or affiliate (Indeed) to facilitate, at your request, a connection between you and such third party through the use of EngineerJobs.

Legitimate Interest.  We also process your Personal Data when such processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us in connection with making available to you the services, products and features on EngineerJobs. This includes where we send you certain forms of marketing about our products and services, where we believe you have a reasonable expectation that we will perform a particular type of processing on your behalf, or where such processing is strictly necessary for fraud detection and prevention. A further example would be where we share your Personal Data with our affiliates as detailed 4.6 below.  We rely on this basis only where an assessment has been performed balancing the interests and rights involved and the necessity of the processing in order to provide our services, products and features to you.

Compliance with a Legal Obligation.  We may also process your Personal Data when such processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation. An example of this would be where we are required to retain business records for fixed periods of time in order to comply with local legal requirements.

Consent. Finally, in certain limited situations, we rely on your consent in order to process your Personal Data. Where we require your consent in order to collect and process certain Personal Data, we seek your consent when you provide your Personal Data or before undertaking such processing, and such processing will only be performed where consent is secured.  You can withdraw your consent by following the steps listed in section 10 of this Privacy Policy or by sending an email to engineerjobs-privacy@rgf-ohr.com.

2.6 Storage of Your Personal Data

We retain our users’ Personal Data to the extent it is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. In particular, we do not retain your Personal Data for any longer than necessary to perform the services, products and features outlined in this Privacy Policy that you request from us when you use or access EngineerJobs.

We may also create and store a unique device identifier (a numeric or alphanumeric string of characters) that is associated with the device you use to access EngineerJobs, which we may also associate with information we collect about your device and any other information you choose to provide, such as your email address.  Such data is processed solely in accordance with the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable.

We may also store the information detailed in section 2 of the Privacy Policy on our equipment or the equipment of third-parties with which we have a relationship. Such storage services will be governed by appropriate protections, as required by applicable rules.  More information on the security measures applied to your Personal Data is available in Section 6, below.

3. Limitation of Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

3.1 Where You Want to Delete a Job Application

To delete a job application submitted to an Employer from EngineerJobs, you must contact the prospective Employer directly. 

3.2 Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of sixteen (16), nor is this Site designed to collect information from or directed at children under the age of sixteen (16).  If you are under the age of sixteen (16), you are not authorized to use this Site and should not send us any Personal Data through this Site or by other means. We may advertise jobs directed toward Users between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age.  If you are between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18), you are not authorized to use EngineerJobs unless you are under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18). If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of sixteen (16), or between the ages of sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) if unaccompanied by a responsible adult, may have used EngineerJobs and shared his or her Personal Data with us, please contact us by sending an email to engineerjobs-privacy@rgf-ohr.com or at the information provided below in section 10 of this Privacy Policy and we will delete the Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Purposes, Uses, and Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We may process your Personal Data for any of the purposes set forth in sections 4, 5 and 9 of this Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable, including to:

1. provide and tailor our services, products and features to you,
2. connect you with our affiliates and unaffiliated third-parties to help you find jobs,
3. measure and improve EngineerJobs, including the services, products and features we make available to you on EngineerJobs, and
4. protect our users and provide them with customer support.

More detail on these purposes, uses and disclosures of your Personal Data is set out below.

4.1 Providing to You the Products, Services and Features We Offer on EngineerJobs

We may use your Personal Data for purposes of providing and personally tailoring the services, products and features available on EngineerJobs that you request and to communicate with you about EngineerJobs and improvements to it.  We may also use your Personal Data to provide administrative notices or communications applicable to your use of EngineerJobs, to respond to your questions and comments and provide customer support, to enable you to communicate with us through our blogs, social networks and other interactive media, to solicit your feedback and input, to operate EngineerJobs, and to evaluate and improve our business and the services, products and features we offer.  In particular, you agree that we may, as part of our services to you, communicate with you, or initiate communication with you on behalf of a third party, through the use of any contact information (including your email) that you may provide to us in connection with your use of EngineerJobs or that we may otherwise obtain from third-party resources.

4.2 Giving You Relevant Search Results and Recommended Jobs

In order to optimize our services, products and features for you, we may use your previous search and browsing history (e.g. the jobs you click on), or application materials, to identify you and determine relevant search results and provide you with recommended jobs or reach out to you about jobs you may be interested in. We may also use profile data to tailor your experience on the Site, to show you content that we think you may be interested in, and display content according to your preferences.  We may return different results for the same search query and has full discretion with respect to the job listings it presents in response to any particular search.

4.3 Transfers of Your Personal Data to Employers

We share your Personal Data with third-parties, including employers and our affiliates, at your request, when you use the Apply Now feature that connects you with third party websites, including those operated by employers and our affiliates, to apply for a job.  Any information you send to a third party via a job application on the third party’s website may be kept by the third party, and you should check such third party’s privacy policy to understand how they keep your Personal Data. Other than instances in which users opt to provide their Personal Data via the Apply Now feature or otherwise provide permission to share it, we do not sell our users’ Personal Data to anyone for any reason.

Where you use a third party integration to apply to a job from EngineerJobs, your application will be processed in accordance with that third party’s terms.

4.4 Sending You Job Alerts and Other Promotional Materials

We collect and process your Personal Data to maintain a record of the jobs you view or apply to on EngineerJobs or those of our affiliated and parent companies, inform you of relevant job postings and send you other similar types of marketing communications that may be of interest to you through EngineerJobs or affiliated websites, and deliver information to you that we believe is targeted to your interests (such as relevant services, educational or other career development opportunities).

If and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use your Personal Data to send you Job Alerts and other information about EngineerJobs, including promotional materials.  We may use third-party partners to perform these activities on its behalf. We may also share your information with third-parties (including operators of third-party websites and/or social networking sites) in order to show you personally tailored and targeted advertisements.  Such advertisements will only relate to the services, products, and features we offer on EngineerJobs, all of which focus on helping our users find jobs and connect with candidates. If you wish to opt out of receiving any marketing messages from us related to EngineerJobs, please see section 10.3 of this Privacy Policy.

A Job Alert is defined as an email sent to you that you sign up for containing job listings in response to a search query you have run (“Job Alert”).  Job Alerts may also include jobs that we and our affiliates recommend for you, companies you may be interested in following, or other actions you may want to take on EngineerJob.  We may adjust the frequency of Job Alerts based on your interactions with them.

You may opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from us related to EngineerJobs by contacting us at the information provided below in section 11 of this Privacy Policy.

4.5 Preventing Fraud and Spam, and Complying with Legal Obligations

We may disclose your Personal Data to law enforcement or other public authorities (including courts and tribunals) where we are legally required or compelled to do so (such as in response to a subpoena, search warrant, court order or other legal process) or we otherwise determine, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to defend our interests in legal, administrative or other proceedings, to comply with the law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement, to prevent a crime (such as to prevent fraud or spam) or protect national security, or to protect your interests or safety or that of other users of EngineerJobs. This means, for example, that we may honor subpoenas, search warrants, law enforcement requests, and court-mandated directions to reveal your Personal Data, including your identity and email address. 

4.6 Sharing Your Information with Our Affiliates

Our core mission is to help job seekers find great jobs, and employers find great candidates, which is a mission we share with each of our affiliates. In order to support that mission we share certain information with our affiliates. Such information sharing is governed by this Privacy Policy.  We also developed the Privacy Center as a way of educating our users about our affiliates and how we share data with them to provide the strongest product and service offerings to our users. We encourage you to visit the Privacy Center to learn more.

Information shared by you with Indeed in connection with your use of EngineerJobs may be shared with any Indeed affiliated entity, no matter where located, to provide you with services, to improve EngineerJobs and optimize functionality on EngineerJobs, and other purposes as described in this Policy. In particular, such sharing strengthens Indeed’s ability to help people find jobs and employers find good candidates. The services provided to you and the functionality of EngineerJobs could not be provided without such transfers. If you do not wish your information to be transferred in this way you should not use EngineerJobs.

For the purposes of this Policy, “affiliates” means any entity that directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control of or with an Indeed entity, now or in the future. “Control” for these purposes means having a majority of shares or the right and ability to direct management. And this includes Indeed affiliated entities located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland.

Examples of our affiliates and affiliated websites include: Indeed, Glassdoor, Simply Hired, Syft/Indeed Flex, Resume.com, Workopolis, Wowjobs.com, RescueMyResumes.com and Resumeperfector.com.

Such data sharing with our affiliates will be performed for a number of specific reasons.

– Improved Services

It provides job seekers with more personalized and improved content, performance, features and services on EngineerJobs and our affiliates’ sites. For example, we and our affiliates use your previous search and browsing history (e.g. the jobs you click on), IP address, or email address, to determine relevant search results, job alerts, display and moderate career insights, such as company reviews, job listing salary data, interview tips and more. Such sharing is also performed to facilitate improved data analysis, testing, research, and service improvement.

It also allows employers to have better insight into the performance of their job postings. For example, we may share data related to user clicks on their job postings which in turn allows them to understand how their job posting may or may not be achieving their goal of attracting candidates. By providing employers with the information they need to better utilize our platform, they can provide stronger job postings.

– More Employers, More Job Listings and More Job Seekers

Such data sharing allows job seekers to access an even broader database of job listings and Employers, and for Employers to access more Job Seekers. For example, this allows us to recommend jobs or employers on EngineerJobs or on websites of our affiliates. It also facilitates the display of job listings from the websites of our affiliates’ to EngineerJob and applications to them.

We and our affiliates are able to recommend job seekers (and their resumes or resume extracts) to an employer hosted by us or an affiliate.  Equally, we and our affiliates are able to recommend job listings hosted by us or by an affiliate to job seekers visiting EngineerJobs and websites of our affiliates. We and our affiliates can also share employer data (such as account information and behavioral data) to provide a better experience to those employers.

– Better Security for Users

Such data sharing allows us and our affiliates to process your Personal Data for the purpose of improving user security and internal operations, troubleshooting, and detecting and preventing fraud and spam.

4.7 Automated Processing of Your Personal Data

In order to optimize the performance of EngineerJobs and services for users, we perform automated processing of Personal Data evaluating certain specific aspects relating to a user, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning a user’s personal preferences or interests in terms of EngineerJobs and services. Where it occurs, such processing is carried out if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with our users, to allow us to provide our services to our users, or in other cases on the basis of a user’s consent.

For example, in certain cases such processing allows us to match job seekers with employers effectively, to provide job seekers with job alerts and recommended jobs that the job seeker is likely to be more interested in, to display search results, or to perform certain spam and fraud detection activities to protect our users. Such processing is subject to the safeguards detailed in this Privacy Policy to protect the privacy of our users, and you may contact engineerjobs-privacy@rgf-ohr.com to contest any decision generated by said automated processing.

4.8 Transfers of Information to Service Providers 

We may use third parties to perform services in connection with our operations, to improve the Site and our services, products, and features, to protect our users and better understand their needs, and to optimize the services and the users’ experiences. These service providers may have access to Personal Data in the course of providing these services, which may involve transfers of such Personal Data to other countries. Such transfers are only made for the purposes set forth in sections 4, 5 and 9 of this Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable and necessary.  Our sharing of your Personal Data with service providers is performed in full compliance with applicable data protection rules and subject to appropriate safeguards, primarily through the use of agreements between us and the recipients that ensure adequate protection of our user’s Personal Data.

4.9 Transfers of Publicly Available Information

If you post content on EngineerJobs in a manner that is intended to make that content publicly available and searchable by individuals, we reserve the right to aggregate and share that information with third-parties.  We will do this at our sole discretion, and subject to any agreement we may have with such third-parties. We also reserve the right to share information aggregated from public sources in this capacity.  

4.10 Third-Party Sites Linked-to from EngineerJobs

You may also use certain third-party websites or services, including those of our affiliates, that you link to from EngineerJobs. In such cases, the information you provide to the third-party is subject to the third-party’s terms and conditions, and privacy practices (including any privacy and cookie policies).  Please see section 8 of this Privacy Policy for more information regarding links to third-party sites on EngineerJobs.

Apply Now is a service we make available on EngineerJobs that allows you to connect with the Employer directly or through job listings we and our affiliates display on EngineerJobs.  When you click on the Apply Now link, you will be directed to another website, including Indeed.com and websites Employers may offer, to apply for the job and may be prompted to create or sign in to an existing account with that website.  Your interaction with the Employer, our affiliates, and us in connection with such other websites is subject to the terms and privacy practices (including any privacy and cookie policies) applicable to such websites, and we are not responsible for and this Privacy Policy does not apply to your interactions with those websites.  Should you take advantage of this feature on EngineerJobs, we suggest that you read the applicable terms (including privacy and cookie policies) of the websites with which you interact.

5. Additional Uses and Disclosures of Non-Personal Data

In addition to the other uses and disclosures of information set forth in this Privacy Policy, and notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we may use and disclose, for any purpose, any non-personal data, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. If we combine any non-personal data with Personal Data, then we will only use and disclose such combined information for the purposes described in sections 4 and 9 of this Privacy Policy while it is so combined.

6. Security

We seek to use reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personal Data under our control.  However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. In addition, please note that emails, messages sent via your web browser, and other similar means of communication with other users, are not encrypted. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Please also be aware that we may use third-party cloud service providers that provide hosting, data storage and other services pursuant to standard terms and conditions that may be nonnegotiable; these service providers have informed us or the general public that they apply security measures they consider adequate for the protection of information within their system, or they have a general reputation for applying such measures. However, we will not be liable (to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any damages that may result from the misuse of any information, including Personal Data, by these companies.

7. Cookies

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Please see our Cookie Policy for further information regarding our use of Cookies on EngineerJobs.

– Do Not Track Requests

Your browser automatically shares certain information about you, such as your IP address and other information about your device and browser, with the websites you visit that may be considered Personal Data under applicable laws.  Some browsers allow you to send websites you visit a Do Not Track signal. As there is not yet an agreement on how to respond to such signals, we do not respond to them or alter our privacy practices in any way. 

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

EngineerJobs may contain links to other websites that we do not operate, including those of our affiliates listed in the Privacy Center. When you click on a link to another website, including Indeed.com and any websites operated by one of our affiliates, you may leave EngineerJobs and your browser may also disclose information, such as the URL of the page on which you clicked the link, to the operator of the other website.  This Privacy Policy does not apply to the content or privacy practices of any such linked websites and we are not responsible for any third party’s, including our affiliates, privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any linked website before interacting with it, as the operator’s privacy practices may differ from ours. You should direct any questions about the privacy practices of linked websites to their respective operators.

9. Acquisitions and Other Reorganizations

Information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy, including Personal Data, may be disclosed to one or more third-parties (including our affiliates and parent company) in connection with any change of ownership or control in our business (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise), or any other reorganization or joint venture, or assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceeding), and any such information may be used by such third-party in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 

10. Your Privacy Rights

Our users that provide their Personal Data to us may avail themselves of the rights detailed below.  Please note, however, that while Indeed is the Controller for purposes of all processing of Personal Data collected in connection with your use of EngineerJobs and other websites, Indeed may separately store your Personal Data that Indeed collects in connection with your use of each website.  Therefore, we do not guarantee that a right exercised in respect of your use of EngineerJobs will affect your Personal Data collected in connection with other websites for which Indeed is the Controller, including Indeed.com. If you have interacted with other websites for which Indeed is the Controller, including Indeed.com, and you wish to exercise one of the following rights in respect of your use of such other website, you must contact Indeed by following the instructions listed in the privacy policies applicable to such other websites.  For more information on the websites for which Indeed is the Controller, please visit our Privacy Center.

 10.1 Your Right to Rectify Your Personal Data

EngineerJobs does not offer users the ability to create an account or related privacy settings.  If you have signed up to receive Job Alerts, you may make a formal request to edit or update your Personal Data held by us in connection with your use of EngineerJobs by sending an email to engineerjobs-privacy@rgf-ohr.com from the email address associated with your Job Alerts.

10.2 Your Right to Object to or Restrict the Processing of Your Personal Data

If you have any queries or complaints about how we process your Personal Data we encourage you to contact us by sending an email to engineerjobs-privacy@rgf-ohr.com.  

Alternatively, if you do not wish to do this you may make a formal request to object to, or restrict, processing of your Personal Data by us through your use of EngineerJobs. For example, you have the right to object to the legitimate interest processing of your Personal Data by us for marketing purposes. In order to do so, please fill out this form requesting the deletion of your data.

10.3 Opting out of Marketing Messages and Withdrawing Consent 

If you no longer want to receive marketing materials from us based upon your Personal Data, there are a number of options available to you:

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” or similarly-designated link provided in any marketing email sent to you.  This will remove your email address from our email marketing distribution list. You will no longer receive marketing emails from us related to EngineerJobs at that email address unless you later request to receive such marketing emails again, you sign-up to receive another or different service from us on EngineerJobs for which you agree to receiving marketing emails from us, or you otherwise indicate your consent to receive marketing emails from us related to EngineerJobs.

EngineerJobs will provide your Personal Data to you in a portable format to allow it to be transmitted to third-parties.  Please note, if you have interacted with EngineerJobs using more than one email address, you must submit an additional request for each such email address so that we may locate and provide access to your Personal Data associated with those email addresses as well.

10.5 Your Right to Delete Your Personal Data

EngineerJobs does not offer users the ability to create an account or related privacy settings.  If you have signed up to receive Job Alerts, you may make a formal request to delete your Personal Data held by EngineerJobs. In order to do so, please fill out this form. Once your request has been confirmed, EngineerJobs will initiate the necessary steps to execute this exercise, including the deletion of your EngineerJobs account.  Please note, if you have interacted with EngineerJobs using more than one email address, you must submit an additional request for each such email address in order for us to execute your requests with respect to those email addresses, and any associated Personal Data, as well.

10.6 Some Limitations

Such rights of rectification, objection, restriction, access, portability and deletion are subject to certain limitations, as provided for by applicable laws. Individual requests will be completed within the time allotted by relevant regulations, which starts to run from the point of us confirming your request. Where permitted, please note there may be a charge for subsequent requests from the same individual, which will be determined by us and only imposed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. International Data Transfers

When you use EngineerJobs, we may process and store your Personal Data outside of the country in which you are located, including in the United States and the European Union.  Such transfers are performed in full compliance with applicable data protection rules and subject to appropriate safeguards, primarily through the use of agreements between us and the recipients that ensure adequate protection of our user’s Personal Data.  The services provided to you and the functionality of EngineerJobs could not be provided without such transfers.
