To support families and students when you need us the most, the Napa County Office of Education ACE Napa Valley program is offering a day time program for 5 – 8 graders and their siblings (3-8 grade) serving the students of the Napa Valley Unified School District.

The ACE program offers:

  • Convenient hours for families
  • Consistent schedule/location
  • Breakfast, lunch and snack each day

Students in the ACE program will experience:

  • A safe and supportive environment
  • Supervision and tutor support for Distance Learning and homework
  • Daily physical activity
  • Fun & engaging enrichment opportunities including: robotics, book clubs, maker activities, poetry, photography, coding, fitness, art.
  • Family time at home – all class time and homework completed at ACE!
  • Safe socialization within cohorts
  • COVID Safety: ACE follows all COVID-19 precautions (PPE, physical distancing, cleaning, sanitizing). Students are grouped into cohorts of 10.

Important Information:

ACE is currently open to NVUSD students in grades 5-8 in the Distance Learning Only program. ACE is not open to Hybrid In-Person students. Siblings in grades 3-8 may also attend ACE at no cost.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ENROLLMENT FORM, AN ACE STAFF MEMBER WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU.

Registration is first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to:

  • Children who are homeless or in foster care
  • Children of essential workers
  • Children who received a school referral
  • Children from high need families

ACE students

The ACE Summer Camp is in it’s fifth year of operation. We serve over 400 students in our summer camp and offer a full range of activities from swimming to Maker Lab. This summer, students will explore the technology and culture of ancient civilizations.

We will be offering a summer camp at these campuses this year:

  • Harvest Middle School
  • Redwood Middle School
  • Silverado Middle School

Our free program offers:

  • Free Breakfast and Lunch
  • STEM Projects
  • Maker Lab
  • Service Learning

CalSERVES Expanded Learning is proud to share the highlights and successes of our ACE middle school Napa County programs. Our programs provide opportunities for Before & AfterSchool and Summer programming.
Overall:

  • 1,238 students participated in our ACE After School Program
  • 779 ACE students participated in the ACE Athletic Program
  • 4.7 out of 5 and parents rate the ACE Program (middle school) at 4.5 out of 5
