Peter Svatek has had a variety of occupations in the film and television industry, including as director, writer, producer, second unit director or assistant director, editor and miscellaneous crew tasks.

He is mainly known as the director of "Theater of Life" (2016), "Takedown: The DNA of GSP" (2014), "The Christmas Choir" (2008) and "Hemoglobin" (1997).[1]

Born in Prague in Czech Republic, he came to Montreal as a child with his parents who settled there. Writer and director of feature films and documentaries, he has won several international awards and recognitions, including the "LA's prestigious Epiphany Prize" (2009).[2]
