Eric S. Yuan
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerEric Yuan founded Zoom in 2011 to deliver happiness and bring teams together to get more done in a frictionless video environment. Zoom’s video-first unified communications platform continues to dramatically transform the way leading global enterprise companies communicate. Under Eric’s leadership, Zoom was one of the highest-performing tech IPOs of 2019.
Prior to founding Zoom, Eric was corporate vice president of engineering at Cisco, where he was responsible for Cisco's collaboration software development. Eric was one of the founding engineers and vice president of engineering at Webex. Between 1997 and 2011, he grew his team from 10 engineers to more than 800 worldwide and contributed to revenue growth from $0 to more than $800M.
Eric has been named one of the Most Powerful People in Enterprise Tech by Business Insider. In 2018, he was named the #1 CEO of a large US company by Glassdoor and EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Northern California (software category). Ryan Azus
Chief Revenue OfficerAs Zoom’s chief revenue officer, Ryan Azus is responsible for Zoom’s sales, customer success, and channel teams. Before joining Zoom, Ryan spent nine years at RingCentral, where as executive vice president of global sales and services he was instrumental in building the company’s multi-product, multi-channel field sales and channel organizations from the ground up, as well as growing the company’s services organization.
Prior to RingCentral, Ryan spent nine years in sales at Cisco Webex, where he drove major revenue streams from pre-IPO to post-Cisco acquisition.
He has a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University.
Aparna Bawa
COOAparna brings to Zoom an expertise in building infrastructure for rapidly growing technology companies as they scale. Most recently, she was SVP, General Counsel for Magento Commerce, the leading global provider of ecommerce software solutions. She helped sell the company to Adobe in 2018. Prior to Magento, Aparna was the VP, General Counsel for Nimble Storage (NYSE: NMBL); she was instrumental in the company’s initial public offering in 2013. Later, she was a key contributor in Nimble’s sale to Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2017. Previously, Aparna led the legal and corporate development functions for Inphi Corp (NYSE: IPHI). Bawa began her career as a corporate and securities attorney for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She was also an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank, where she executed multiple IPO and M&A transactions for technology clients.
Janine Pelosi
Chief Marketing OfficerJanine Pelosi is Zoom’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for the company’s brand, communications, go-to-market, product marketing, lead generation, and customer marketing, as well as Zoom’s online business and its corporate responsibility initiatives under the Zoom Cares Foundation.
Janine joined Zoom in March 2015 as Head of Marketing and built its marketing organization from scratch. She helms the company’s bold branding strategy, as well as its powerful demand capture and pipeline engines that have fueled Zoom’s massive growth in the past five years. Janine brought over 15 years of strategic marketing experience to Zoom, with an in-depth knowledge of SaaS business models. Prior to joining Zoom, Janine led the worldwide demand generation function for the collaboration business unit at Cisco. She built successful teams and transformative programs at both Webex (pre-acquisition) and Cisco, garnering a deep knowledge of both eCommerce and direct sales go-to-market models.

Kelly Steckelberg
Chief Financial OfficerKelly Steckelberg brings to Zoom extensive leadership and finance experience. Most recently, she was CEO of Zoosk, where she previously held positions of CFO and COO. Prior to Zoosk, Kelly was the Sr. Director of Consumer Segment Finance of Cisco. Kelly has also held various roles in finance at Cisco Webex, Epiphany, PeopleSoft, and KPMG.
She has a MA in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Kelly is a board member of the Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco and loves to travel, having been to over 60 countries.
Oded Gal
Chief Product OfficerOded is responsible for leading Zoom's Product Management. He brings more than 15 years of product experience to the Zoom team, providing in depth knowledge in video-centric collaboration and hands-on experience in building large-scale, cloud-based services.
Before joining Zoom, Oded held leadership positions in video conferencing and unified communications product management. He was VP of Product Management at Blue Jeans Network and head of UC integrations at Cisco Webex. Oded has also served as Director of Business Development at Radvision.
Oded holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).
Harry D. Moseley
Global Chief Information OfficerHarry D. Moseley brings to Zoom a blend of transformational leadership, disruptive innovation, and corporate growth strategies. As the former CIO & Managing Director for KPMG, Harry was responsible for technology and innovation to support the firm's competitive growth. Over five years he identified and replaced legacy technology to dramatically improve productivity, security, and reliability. Before joining KPMG, Harry served as CIO & Senior Managing Director - Partner for Blackstone, where he led the company's transformation to the world's best digital alternative asset manager. Prior to Blackstone, Harry was a Managing Director for Credit Suisse, where he served as the CIO of Global Investment Banking, and Global Co-Head of Application Development / Co-CIO of the firm. Before Credit Suisse, Harry served as CTO & Managing Director for UBS Americas.
Harry has been inducted into CIO Magazine's Hall of Fame, recognized as one of the world's top 100 CIOs by Computerworld, and honored by Irish Magazine as one of its Annual Wall Street 50. Lynne Oldham
Chief People OfficerLynne brings to Zoom extensive experience driving transformational human resources strategies while overseeing a full scope of local and global initiatives. She is an inspirational and successful developer of talent with a passion for instilling leadership that improves organizational culture, company bench strength, business operations, employee morale, internal communication, recruitment strategy, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
While serving as chief people officer for Televerde, Lynne led ongoing organizational reinvigoration efforts through strategic management of people and leadership development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations/communication, and HR systems. Lynne is credited with influencing an all-around operational and culture shift in a stalled organization, leading to a 30% increase in revenue in under two years. Previously, Lynne ran her own business as founder and chief consultant of Human Capital Dynamics LLC—a consulting firm assisting companies with achieving better business results through effective leadership and alignment of culture, talent, and strategy. Prior, Lynne was senior vice president and global chief human resources officer for Driscoll’s where she was called in to establish HR strategy, processes, and operations to support sustainable growth. Earlier in her career, Lynne held roles as SVP of organizational effectiveness & transformation for Suntrust; CHRO, Americas for BNP Paribas; and director of HR & shared services for Castrol.
Lynne holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Administration from State University of New York, College at New Paltz.
Brendan Ittelson
Chief Technology OfficerBrendan leads technology strategy and innovation at Zoom. Charged with creating and executing Zoom’s technical vision, he brings an extensive background in technology, security, and designing scalable, user-friendly solutions. Brendan joined Zoom in 2015 and led Zoom’s global customer support before transitioning to CTO in 2020.
Prior to Zoom, Brendan worked as both a contractor and a Department of Defense civilian employee in the federal sector, creating, implementing, and supporting various global identity management systems. After leaving the DoD, Brendan transitioned to the financial sector and joined a FinTech startup, Dynamics Inc, where he served as VP of Special Operations. In that role he combined his business and technology background on special projects, including helping to revolutionize payments without disrupting the way payment systems work.
Brendan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a certificate in Identity Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
Damien Hooper-Campbell
Chief Diversity OfficerDamien Hooper-Campbell is the first Chief Diversity Officer at Zoom. Prior to joining Zoom, Damien was a Vice President at eBay where he served as the company’s first Chief Diversity Officer. In this role, he led the design and implementation of eBay’s global strategy for embedding diversity and inclusion across its workforce, workplace, and marketplace. He also led eBay’s University Recruiting & Programs team and was a member of the eBay Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Prior to eBay, Damien served as Uber’s first Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion, where he drove the company’s foundational Diversity & Inclusion strategy and led its community engagement efforts with the City of Oakland, CA. Before Uber, he advised Google’s senior leaders and built partnerships across communities as a Diversity Strategist. Prior to Google, Damien was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ Pine Street Leadership Development Group, where he coached the company’s most senior leaders. Previously, he led underrepresented minority outreach for Harvard Business School’s Admissions Board and empowered Harlem's non-profit community as an Associate Program Manager at the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation (UMEZ). Prior to UMEZ, Damien was an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Consumer Products and Retail Group.
Damien has served on the Board of New Jersey Needs You and as a mentor in Morehouse College’s Executive Mentorship Program. Damien graduated with a BA in Economics from Morehouse College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was both a Bert King and Morgan Stanley Fellow.
Velchamy Sankarlingam
President of Product and EngineeringVelchamy Sankarlingam is President of Product and Engineering for Zoom. Prior to joining Zoom, Velchamy was Senior Vice President of Cloud Services Development and Operations at VMware and had roles across both R&D; and IT. He managed a business unit in R&D; and was also responsible for all infrastructure in the company, including building and operating one of the largest private clouds. Velchamy was also responsible for helping VMware transform to SaaS and the development of all business applications at VMware. Before joining VMware, Velchamy was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Cisco where he was responsible for engineering and operations of Webex. Prior to that, Velchamy held Vice President positions at Webex (acquired by Cisco) and Presenter.com (acquired by Webex). He also worked at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), IBM, Network Computing Devices, and Standard Microsystems. Velchamy is on the board of Bellus3D.
