Rwanda

The PPI for Rwanda was created in December 2019 by Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA). This PPI was developed with the new methodology developed by IPA in July 2017. Indicators in this PPI are based on data from Rwanda’s 2016/17 Integrated Household Living Conditions Survey (EICV5) produced by the National Institute of Statistics Rwanda (NISR) and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.
