PSI FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Will the Conference Still be Happening Live in New Orleans?
  It will not. The Conference will be held virtually via zoom on the conference original dates of July 8 -12, 2020.

• How Do I Register for the Main Conference, the Pre-Conference and the Sunday Advanced Training?
  • In the first box that says ‘Select Registration Type’ you will select the main conference.
  • After you have made that selection, a Pre-conference box will pop up below and you will add the pre-conference.
  • You will then see a ‘Add-ons’ box where you can add the Sunday Advanced Training or Expert Witness Course.

• Can I register for just the 2-Day Training and the Sunday Advanced Training?
  You can! Select the Pre-Conference Only in the top box and then in the add-on’s box below you will add the Sunday Advanced Training!
• My member rate is not showing in my profile.
  Our apologies! Email psiconference@parthenonmgmt.com prior to registering and we are happy to flip your account to a member profile.

• I’m a PSI Coordinator or Volunteer, do I need a promo code?
  You don’t! We’ve built in your conference discount. If you feel like your discount is not reflected, we might have it under a different email address. Email us at psiconference@parthenonmgmt.com and we are happy to make sure you are squared away prior to registering.

• Will the conference sessions be recorded, or do I need to watch them all live?
  The majority of conference sessions will be included, the sessions that are not recorded are listed below.

• Is my conference login the same as my PSI login?
  It is the same email address but when your account was made you were asked to create a new password. If you do not remember your password you can reset it. If you are having issues receiving the email it does frequently go to junk. You can always email psiconference@parthenonmgmt.com and we are happy to reset for you!

• Are the Sunday Seminars included with the main conference fee?
  They are! If you are wanting to attend the PSI Expert Witness Course or Sunday Advanced Training, they are an additional fee.
