John Mardlin
John Mardlin is Founder and CEO of CoinForest, the first group buying flash sales site for bitcoiners.
John was previously a cofounder of TEDxVictoria with a leadership role incorporating project management and partnership building. He helped build TEDxVictoria into a sustainable organization focused on building community, spreading ideas, and inspiring action.
He was previously Project Manager and Business Development at PMRobot, Business Development at Syllogistic Software, Project and Account Manager at Enrollment Resources, Organic Production Manager at Northbrook Farm, Director at TEDxJuanDeFuca, Engineering and Environmental Assessment at MK Ince and Associates Ltd, and Mechanical Hydropower Systems Designer at Klohn Krippen Berger Ltd.
John earned his BSc in Engineering & Mathematics; Mechanical Engineering at Queens University in 2005. He earned his Certificate of Strategic Leadership, Business Administration and Management, General at Royal Roads University in 2013.
