The purpose of grocko.org is to recommend scientific publications to academics, as illustrated in the figure below.

For a 30 second test-drive, simply copy-paste the abstract of some paper of yours into the search query field and press 'search'. If a significant proportion of your field is covered by the available sources, you should see a bunch of related papers in the results.
