To request your Audible data, please click here. If you sign into Audible with a username, please contact us directly using one of the options below.
The most common solution for playback issues is re-downloading your audiobook. To re-download your audiobook:
- Swipe left on the title you're having playback issues with
- Tap Remove from device
- Tap Titles then All Titles
- Tap your title to begin downloading it again
Tip: Download your audiobook fully before retesting your playback issue.

A common solution to playback issues is to remove the Standard Quality title from the device and re-download it in High Quality by following these steps:
- Perform a long tap on the title to reveal the Remove from Device option
- Tap the Remove from Device button
- Select the Menu key
- Tap on Settings > Data & Storage
- Select High Quality
- Select the Menu key
- Tap on Library to go back to My Library.
- Re-download your title.
Tip: When attempting these steps it is recommended that you first update your Audible app to the latest version in the Google Play Store.

There could be a few reasons why your audiobook isn’t playing through the Cloud Player. Try one or all of these possible solutions to start listening again:
- Reset your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Make sure Adobe Flash Player is installed
