In-Country Program Design & Delivery
With more than 60 years of experience in workplace giving and employee engagement, the Global Impact team enters each fall after months of preparation for the workplace campaign season. This year, our strategies and execution look different than ever before, as we adapt to a virtual environment and aim to reach remote employees. But our end goal is the same: inspire greater giving. Responding flexibly to this environment was critical for our internal workplace campaign, [email protected], which recently surpassed a cumulative pledge total of $1 million, and the ability to adjust well will be imperative for all employee engagement efforts during this time.
As the world continues to grapple with a global health crisis and our nation confronts racial injustice, the need to support philanthropic causes is even greater. Like many other industries, nonprofits have been hit hard – and they are also facing higher demands for their services. Our hope is that the increased connection we feel as global citizens sharing a common experience will foster empathy and lead to greater generosity.
If you have the opportunity to support philanthropy through the workplace, I encourage you to join with your co-workers and be the catalyst of positive change in this new world by giving generously to the causes you care about – such as racial equity, global health or disaster relief.
