    It is . You do not have to give up breastfeeding in order to take antidepressants if you are experiencing maternal mental illness.There are lots of antidepressants compatible and this brilliant guide from details them.

    I would say reach out for support. Returning to work is hard enough. Returning with MH is awful. But support from your employee or colleagues is invaluable. Otherwise seek help from NHS, charities, anyone who can support your mental wellbeing
