    It’s not about the pandemic. Successive governments have driven down doctors’ wages - by more than 30% in the last decade alone - while raiding the pensions we saved for. Yet demands on doctors grow year on year. We’re not looking for a reward - just fair pay.

    Doctors stranded by COVID-19 will now be able to sit their exams without having to pay to renew their visas, after BMA lobbying. We're delighted they will finally be able to cross this one last hurdle necessary for them to work in the NHS. Read more:

    90% of GPs in this study said their menopause symptoms had affected them at work. All medical staff need to receive the correct advice and treatment so this is shocking to read.
