    I have been advising my patients about the importance of Vitamin D for their health. Because we are spending more time indoors due to Covid-19, Vitamin D levels can become low, more so in Winter. Consider taking Vitamin D supplements if you are not getting a lot of sun exposure.

    Daily hospital admissions for Covid-19 in England are at their highest level in more than three months with 314 admissions recorded on Wednesday. There were also a further 6,874 lab-confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the UK, the highest ever single-day figure.
