    We welcome concession to that a similar level of protection should be extended to him as we negotiated under the contractual agreement which has provided protection to Drs in and applying for postgrad training since Aug 2016

    This is HUGE for junior doctors. Dr Chris Day, NHS junior doctor, is a hero who sacrificed his own career for the sake of safety for patients & has now, through the courts managed to secure whistleblowing protection for all junior doctors. MANY questions still need answering..

    How very disappointed I am that such an article is felt worthy of publication. This was an initiative with the Patient central to the process. Transformation is using innovation but with the Patient central! But then good news doesn’t sell papers.

    My wife (doctor) on-call, attends hospital for emergency & literally saves life of a young patient. Returns to find a parking ticket on car. Appeal rejected because saving a life “is not a sufficiently mitigating reason”. Shame on you
