You will need a Nuans report for requests such as:
- Requesting a corporate name pre-approval
- Reviving a corporation
- Amending the articles of your corporation
- Amalgamating two or more corporations
- Continuing from another jurisdiction
Each report costs $13.80.
Incorporating in a province or territory
You can order a report yourself to incorporate in the Northwest Territories.
To complete your incorporation elsewhere, visit your provincial or territorial government website.
