Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic of Austin focuses on mental health surrounding infertility, pregnancy, menopause and the menstrual cycle using both telepsychiatry and in person care. Dr. Kristin Lasseter and her staff take extra time to provide quality, personalized care to each person. Dr. Lasseter’s approach to treatment uses evidence-based medicine, and she works with each individual to design a safe, integrative treatment plan they feel most comfortable with. Care from our clinic can be provided to anyone living within the state of Texas via telemedicine services. Kristin Lasseter, MD attended medical school at the Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she excelled and was awarded membership into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. After receiving her Medical Degree, she completed Psychiatry residency at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin where she served as Chief Resident. She additionally spent time training in Reproductive Psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston prior to starting Austin's first Women's Psychiatry clinic in her fourth year of residency. After graduating residency training, Dr. Lasseter started Reproductive Psychiatry Clinic of Austin. She also serves as the Medical Director of Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas, and is the director of perinatal psychiatric consultation services at St. David’s North Austin Women’s Center. In 2018, Dr. Lasseter was awarded the Association of Women Psychiatrists Symonds Fellowship for her efforts and dedication to advancing Women's Mental Health in Central Texas.
