You could improve if you did the work your customers pay for in advance. The service you have offer...ed us is appalling. We paid more than £4000 at the end of January for some new connection work and when the site was 'signed off' on 10th February we were assured that all the work would be done within 21 days. Here we are on 10th March and not only has nothing been done, your office can't even give a date of when the work will be undertaken. Such methods of trade should not be legal. See More

The Quality of the water since the outbreak in Clevedon,is appalling, the amount of chlorine in my ...water is too much, its as strong as a swimming pool. This leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth, when making tea.. You expect people to pay more in April for this service, which of late has been substandard... See More
