How to Interpret this Visualization

The interactive map displays the amount of each nutrient required in fortified foods, according to a country’s fortification standard. The color of each country reflects the mid-point (or average) or minimum amount of each nutrient that is required for addition to the fortified food selected, according to the country’s fortification standards. You may filter by geographic region, income status, food vehicle, nutrient(s), and nutrient compound(s). Country classifications for income status and region are from the World Bank.
