Jennifer Dalipi works with CMOs and senior marketing Leaders on strategy, organization leadership and ways of working, consumer centric campaign development and measurement. She is also passionate in the areas of innovation, brand positioning, agency management and digital.
Ms. Dalipi has over 25 years of marketing and e-commerce experience, most recent leading teams from L2 that evaluated digital marketing programs for 300+brands. In this capacity she advised Chief Marketing Officers and Chief Digital Officers on how to optimize for consumer-obsessed brands focusing on four key dimensions of site, digital marketing, social and commerce.
Before coming to Gartner, Ms. Dalipi was VP, E-commerce and Consumer Experiences team at Zanella and worked as a Senior Leader on COTY's Global Media team prior to that. During her tenure of 9 years at COTY, she worked across all divisions (beauty, luxury, and professional, global and local teams) building the framework and acceleration of digital capabilities across disciplines.
Before making the leap to the client side, she spent her time at marketing agencies (including pre-digital), adtech and martech companies focused on next-generation technologies working to propel a wide range of clients - wireless, packaging, software, financial, digital - rapidly towards achieving their business goals.
