    We have been completely virtual this year. I had students do a Flipgrid the first week of school so I could hear them say their names. Then I wrote down their names phonetically.

    So I’ve started in a small way, running the Cultural Safety & Competency workshops Pre workshop meet & checklist completed We are now running this for anyone whom has an interest in understanding bias & how this affect those we care for Will check in with attendees later 2/3

    Loosing my father this January was trigger for me to become a catalyst for change in my work, to address inequalities He faced discrimination & bias as patient within the NHS, throughout his life From Islamaphobia to racism But he still taught me Sabr/Patience & gratitude 1/3
