You have joined OW2 as new Corporate or Strategic Member. Thank you and welcome aboard! This page contains useful information, links and resources to help you get started with OW2 and make the best out of your membership.
Your account
The account you created when registering grants you access to all services provided by OW2 (under moderation for some of them).
Participating in the Governance
As an OW2 Member you are welcome to take part in the governance of the Association. In particular, you are entitled to elect the representatives of Corporate Members, or Individual Members depending on your category, on the Board of Directors. See the Governance page for detailed information on the election process.
Privacy
At OW2 we take your right to privacy seriously. Please check out our privacy policy, it describes the information we collect from you and how it may be stored and processed. The OW2 Privacy Policy was updated in view of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on the 25th of May 2018.
Member Listing
We are proud to communicate about our members. Please provide us a logo and a quick description.
- Logos We need two logos: a) VECTORIZED CMYK colors logo and b) VECTORIZED RGB colors logo. These logos should be vectorized (font & design) and the file format should be AI, EPS or PDF saved as legacy format CS3 max.
- Description When you joined we may have immediately published a short description of your organisation on the members page. Please check it out and do not hesitate to provide us with a new description if you wish.

As a new member you are automatically registered to the list corporate-members AT ow2.org or strategic-members AT ow2.org depending on your membership status. You have the opportunity to browse and subscribe to other OW2 mailing lists related to your activities and center of interest at any time.

Newsletter
Please register here to receive our monthly newsletter. The OW2 newsletter is an open communication space sent to all community members and participants. It can be used as a communication channel to relay member news. Do not hesitate to send your news proposals. Please note that, in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you were not automatically registered to the OW2 newsletter recipient list.

Submitting a Project
Of course the first way to take advantage of your membership is to submit an open-source project to the OW2 code base and host it on our state-of-the-art technical infrastructure and to contribute to existing projects. All services on the technical infrastructure are accessible to OW2 projects free of charge. Check out the project submission page.

Webinars
As an OW2 member, you are welcome to take advantage of our OW2 Webinar platform to promote your project and activities. Webinars replays are available from the OW2 website and also on the OW2 Youtube channel to provide market-wide visibility.
Initiatives
New members can easily join, participate in and contribute to one of the on-going initiatives. Within an Initiative, OW2 Members work together to develop both technical integration between projects and business synergies in order to address specific market needs. The process to join the initiatives is explained on each initiative page.
OW2con
OW2con is OW2's annual conference, the annual gathering of the OW2 Community. It is an event for members, project leaders, OW2 supporters and opensource stakeholders at large. A unique opportunity for members to present their project or activities and leverage the OW2 ecosystem. Check out the OW2con dedicated website. OW2con is also a marketing opportuity for our members. Our sponsorhip prospectus is announced several months ahead of the event, make sure you check it out.
