We’ve engaged a professional trainer to support our group training effort. Sydney will be doing live Facebook Live sessions with us, posting videos your kids can exercise to and more.

Consider finding a fun notebook or even buying a runner’s journal to track your weekly activity. Journaling can help you stay focused and motivated.
