Victor Suen

As a director on the portfolio analysis team, Victor oversees Omidyar Network’s investment portfolio valuation and portfolio data management. He is also responsible for portfolio monitoring, financial return analysis, as well as financial due diligence for both for-profit investment and nonprofit grant opportunities.

 

Prior to Omidyar Network, Victor spent four years at KPMG, where he led financial assurance projects for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Victor previously led the applications engineering department at National Instruments China, managing areas including system application prototyping, product technical support, and customer education.  

 

Victor holds a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in management from ESCP Europe in Paris. He received a BSc in electrical engineering from Fudan University in Shanghai.
