Stefanie Wulf


Paralegal

Stefanie assists the legal team with for-profit impact investments across all of Omidyar Network's global initiatives.  She coordinates closely with members of the investment, management, and finance teams to ensure a smooth closing process, and she is responsible for records management and ongoing shareholder matters.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Stefanie worked as a corporate paralegal at the Silicon Valley law firm of Gunderson Dettmer where she supported companies with daily corporate maintenance, assisted them through various stages of venture financings and worked on mergers and acquisitions. Previously, she interned at the Council for International Exchange of Scholars in Washington, D.C., a branch of the International Institute of Education, where she worked with the regional programs unit assisting with the processing of Fulbright scholarship applications in connection with her master's program.

Stefanie earned a master's degree in international relations from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of California, Los Angeles.
