Franklyn Odhiambo


Analyst, Digital Identity

As an analyst with the Beneficial Technology team at Omidyar Network, Franklyn is responsible for investment portfolio strategy, development, and management with a focus on digital identity and the African digital economy.

Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Franklyn served as an education policy advisor with the county government of Migori, Kenya. He was responsible for policy research, design, and coordination with multiple education stakeholders in the county. Most recently, he worked with Aspen Institute, where he supported strategic communications and event planning for the Aspen Challenge initiative. 

Franklyn holds a B.A. in both political science and African American and diaspora studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
