TTEC (formerly TeleTech Holdings)[2] is a business process outsourcing company headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, United States which was founded by Kenneth D. Tuchman in 1982.[3] As of 2019, TTEC has about 50,000 employees, operating in 24 countries.[4]

The company was founded in 1982 by Kenneth D. Tuchman, who is the company's chairman and CEO.[5] In 1986, the company moved to Sherman Oaks, California.

By 1995, it had added call centers in other states. In 1996 it completed its IPO.[6]

In 2010, acquired an 80 percent stake in the management consulting firm Peppers & Rogers Group.[7]

In 2018, TeleTech announces name change to TTEC.[8]
