Support Scope

We will help you to install, setup and configure your purchased WordPress theme or plugin to look like the preview website. Please understand that we sell our themes/plugins “as is” and do not provide any help with customizations beyond the built-in theme/plugin options.

Furthermore we can’t offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we support any third-party plugins you might choose to use with our themes/plugins. You should not expect that every plugin is compatible with our themes/plugins out of the box.

We have decided to focus on creating awesome themes & plugins for magazine websites and do not offer any freelance work in order to create custom features and functionality. In case you need a customized theme/plugin, we can recommend some great WordPress customization experts.

Support Location

Technical Support is only provided via Email. We do not offer any support via blog comments, Twitter, Facebook or any other means. This is the most efficient way to keep track of all your questions rather than multiple websites and ensures that you will get a fast response from us.

Support Schedule

We will answer support inquiries via email every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a quick reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep also in mind that we are located in the European time zone (Germany, GMT +1 hour). You should normally receive a reply to your emails within 48 hours on business days.
