This workbook contains our cost-effectiveness analysis, as well as information about our 2019 giving season allocation to our top charities and standout charities. The allocation was composed of a $54.6m recommendation to Open Philanthropy and $2.6m in grants to recommended charities at GiveWell's discretion.

The 'List of funding gaps' tab details all funding gaps for each of our charities, and summarises the criteria we used to prioritize among funding gaps in our allocation.

Individual staff estimates for a few parameters are included in the "User inputs" and "Moral weights" tabs. If you'd like to see how our results would change based on different inputs for these parameters, you can enter your own values in the "Anyone" columns in these two sheets, then select "Anyone" from the dropdown menus in the "Results" tab. You can also select an individual staff member's name from the dropdown menu to see how the results would change if we used their values. To see the results for programs in specific countries, select a country from the dropdown menus in the "Results" tab.

Expanding the formula bar at the top of the page (by clicking and dragging the bottom boundary) may make it easier to read the contents of explanatory cells.
