It feels good to know that my money is going to help save lives in the most efficient way possible. ... Give well constantly evaluates their charitable organizations for efficiencies to ensure your dollar is going the farthest possible to save lives around the world from diseases such as Malaria and vitamin deficiency in children in Sun-Saharan Africa. De-worming programs in several countries in Africa and Asia, and immediate financial aid to some the poorest people in the world to assist in basic nutrition and other wellness programs.
Sure you can give your money to a church but your money is going to a lot of other places besides ending suffering of children around the world.
While I also am passionate about vegetarianism and vegan diets as well as educational programs to try and move culture into a more empathetic and compassionate treatment of non-human animals...
This is my favorite charitable cause for helping Humans who are suffering.
If you walk past a child who is drowning and no one is there but you to save her, are you obligated to save her?
Similarly over one thousand children are dying everyday unnecessarily from malaria alone. Are we not equally obligated to a similar degree to help. Even a little bit helps. ❤️
