Reporting system is fully automated. If you make a report, it automatically defaults to solved and t...he case is automatically closed. Getting an appropriate answer for even a very basic question is near impossible. I like the concept of meetup as an idea but they cut way too many corners. It feels like something that was released when it was half baked, and perhaps on an insufficient budget. See More
