    11/ Getting into a tiff with and is never helpful -- especially when promising to deliver on the promises you make publicly. Where is the promised information?

    The website is up and has been continuously. Clear your cache? Mike’s reporting is on par with his tech skills:) Refunds have been made and more are coming. I’ll share a lot more this week about progress made in February.

    7/ is waiving all fees and handling the case pro bono, which means "for the public good." Sometimes lawyers take cases voluntarily and without payment so that skilled professional services can be provided to those who most need it.

    I've been involved in real estate for 14 years. The conference was cancelled at the end of June. Your tweets are loved by the junior associate that works for my attorney. They're going to have it easier than expected.

    5/ Ironically, Kostecki already promised to do that on multiple occasions (example - ). Telling the truth will make Kostecki's life much easier and resolve the litigation. He claims that refunds were "linked [sic.] in January and many verified."

    4/ If that is true, Kostecki will be able to show the Court he made X refunds until the Covid-19 pandemic and offer a plan for future payments. Solving this problem will help Kostecki. Tell the truth, show how many refunds you have paid, and how many you still need to make.

    3/ Unfortunately, Kostecki has continued to provide vague and ambiguous answers without any demonstrable proof of what he claims. In the new update to his website, Kostecki said "the reaction to Covid-19 has delayed refunds vs internal milestones..."

    Said differently - it’s not legal advice, but it kinda is... friends don’t let friends tokenize themselves.

    Not legal advice, but if you're thinking about raising capital by selling a personal token in the United States to fund your career on the promise of returning profit to investors based on your future efforts, maybe just don't.
