Cancellation of Gartner Program & Portfolio Management Summit 2020 in London

Innovation

PPM leaders must reinvent themselves to keep pace with digital disruption. They need to move away from delivering consistency and control, to delivering rapid innovation and continuous value.

Enterprise Agile

PPM leaders must embrace the new normal and focus their efforts on what matters most. They must evolve to sustain change at a pace that can keep up with digital disruption.

Product Mindset

PPM leaders need to adopt a “product mindset” that will either realize their strategy or maintain their competitive position in their industry.
