On September 8, 2008, the Clear Fund Board of Directors held a meeting to perform its annual review of staff. The budget through December 2008 was approved; Holden Karnofsky was restored to his prior position as Board Secretary, but not to his prior position as Executive Director (both had previously been removed at the January meeting). Please note the following: All Board meetings are monitored for (a) comments that are both easily misinterpreted and insignificant; (b) comments that may compromise the privacy of people who are not Board or Staff members. These comments are then removed. This meeting contains two such removals, totaling 4 minutes and 17 seconds. You can follow along more easily if you have the same attachments in front of you that the Board members had. The attachments are provided below.
