    To understand why is WORLD'S LARGEST ID FRAUD PROGRAM, every citizen of India just needs to ask this simple question to self: "If I need to produce my existing ID proof to obtain my Aadhaar then why should I link it to Aadhaar for its authentication?"

    Justice DY Chandrachud's judgement on declaring it as a fraud on the Constitution now referred to the CJ to be considered by larger bench. A fraud, is a fraud, not a matter of majority opinion.

    So a big takeaway from the Finance Act judgment: The correctness of judgment has now been doubted by Supreme Court. It says majority dictum in Aadhaar-5 did not substantially discuss the effect of the word ‘only’ in Article 110(1) wrt passaage of Act as money bill.
