Police believe the suspect deliberately crashed his vehicle into a crowd of students outside a secondary school in Loughton, Essex, leaving one dead and several others injured. A 51-year-old Loughton man was arrested on suspicion of several offences including murder and attempted murder. The boy who was killed has been named as Harley Watson.
