    In a properly functioning democracy the Arcuri affair would be the end of Johnson. In a properly functioning democracy his cover-up of the Russia Report would be the end of Johnson. Our democracy is no longer a real one.

    The Arcuri story is not about Johnson being a sh** to women he's slept with/married/had kids with. It's about lying, conflicts of interest, possible corruption and maybe even bribery. Put bluntly, it's about dishonesty and potential serious criminality.

    No-one is above the law. Referendum crimes, Arcuri misuse of public funds, peerage bribes, Russian interference, withholding report, deliberately misleading Parliament & public - there is no excuse for police not to act just because there’s an election. Johnson must be indicted.
