    We know that and after a baby is born, our experienced health visitors are always there for new parents to talk to. There is help there....don't ever be afraid to ask

    'I was crying, I was shaking, I was confused, and they said "don't worry, we will take care of you", and they did'. if you are struggling, talk about it to family, a friend, health professional or find your local support group
