I have experienced 3* Michelin at Le Bristol in Paris. Why this restaurant has none amazes me. From the minute we stepped in every single move and taste was a heavenly experience. The way everyone and everything is orchestrated together... in a rustic elegant ambiance, all falls into place. Three of us ordered each a starter and main, the rest came as 'surprises'.
This was my most wonderful gastronomic experience ever! I have had the privilege to eat in many wonderful establishments all over the world. Paparico, we are crossing fingers for you.

Three of us ordered the beef tartare and veal carpaccio to start, and garoupa and ox loin main all to share. It came with four savory amuse bouche snacks and a creative gazpacho soup all beautifully presented and most importantly delicious. The service, wines and port were excellent too. And they accommodated my gluten free request without compromising the food. So yummy!
