I just ordered a cup of soup from the King George Va IHOP, they told me what soups they had I wanted... Chicken Noodle- I get there and the “cup” they gave me wasn’t even half full yet she wanted to charge me the $4.14 for it, I asked where the rest was she said they ran out. I asked what other soups she said Tomato so I asked for that- I got it went to the hotel in the same parking lot opened it up and it was covered in oils floating in a light pink water basically - the soup was so watered down and oily I threw it away - last weekend I was charged for a chicken tender and fries meal like $10 however there were only two tenders and literally 8 fries!!! Both of these experiences have been around 2am to 3am and both have left me never wanting to return to this store again Mehr anzeigen
Langsamer Service
Several tables available and they kept ignoring those waiting to be seated and then skipped over my ...party!! Will not return! Horrible customer service! Mehr anzeigen
They took forever to bring our food, at least a half hour there.. I got my soup the same time as I g...ot my main dish and the server then was no where to be found for the next 45 minutes, no refills on our drinks, no check up or anything, I had to go find my server and let her know we needed our check because we wanted to leave. We were there this morning, it wasn't like they were packed and it was the weekend.. and it was freezing. Two older ladies said it was too cold behind us and the manager just made a stupid joke and asked them if they would like to sit outside instead.. i just don't understand.
