Getting active outdoors has been proven to positively impact physical and mental health. An escape from modern day life, getting out on-the-water is something the whole family can benefit from.
Enjoy the freedom of being afloat, the challenge and achievement of learning a new skill and the many new friends you will meet. Meanwhile, youngsters can develop heaps of positive life skills, like confidence, independence and teamwork, ...which they will take into all other areas of their lives.
For the whole month of May there are lots of try sailing opportunities throughout Northern Ireland!
Equipment will be available at clubs!
Just come along bring your friends and family and get out on the water with a variety of boating activities to suit. Fun for all the family.
