Great rooms, clean, and a fantastic location. For improvement, I'd recommend working on the plumbing and employees. During our short stay, I took 2 showers - both times the water went suddenly from comfortable to scalding hot to ice cold without me changing anything. Could have been too many people needing water at once, but it wasn't the best experience. Also, we were in the hotel for 2 nights and 1 full day, but never received housekeeping services. Why? There was also a time I was outside and the valets were using incredibly foul language. I was the only guest within earshot, but they need to be more mindful of their language - they represent the company and the brand, and I don't want my kids picking up on that. However, we loved being able to walk across the skyway to the convention center, and the room service was fantastic and decently priced. There are several on-site restaurants, all of which I would recommend (if you go to Texas Spice, get the buffet), and the pastries in the gift shop/coffee house are delicious! The front desk was phenomenal - kind, smiling, always friendly, and they listened - which is hard to find! The bellboy who helped us with our luggage was nice and friendly, which was a surprise, as most bellboys we've had in the past just wants to take your stuff to your room, get a tip, and leave. Not this one! He wanted to know what brought us to the area and if he could help us find anything or everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!
