When will I receive payments from my fundraiser?
You'll receive eligible payments from your fundraiser on the 5th day after a donation is received. For example, if you receive a donation on Friday, June 16, the payment will be issued after 5 days, which in this example would be Wednesday, June 22.
Fundraiser creators will need to attach a valid US checking account to receive payments. Please note that only US bank accounts can receive payments.
Keep in mind that:
- Once a payment is initiated, it may take your bank a few additional business days to deposit payments into your account.
- If you haven't received money raised from your fundraiser after 5 days, please let us know.
- If you're having trouble setting up payments or submitting identification information, please let us know.
