    IMO, the key thing here is to hire right. If you do that and provide this environment, you will usually get disproportionate outcomes.

    On being asked how deals with pilferage: “Earlier we would lose a lot of money on helmets. Now we make money on them by charging brands to add their logos to our helmets. We’ve turned a loss generating asset into a revenue stream.” Love the hustle 🙌🏻

    . went from 150k to 1.8mn merchants during Surge 01. : We wanted to solve for customer acquisition not through feet on the street, but technology. : It was a behaviour we hadn’t seen before. Acquisition of small merchants purely through software.
