    I'm not sure who to thank for this example of how futile it is to fudge MMSI numbers, and one of the best examples of how the only people who are being fooled are the American public. The Russian Navy knows are skirting Polish territorial waters conducting exercises.

    BSF Kolpino transited Bosphorus 06:30Z: B271 rounds off the Russian Navy’s goal of operating six improved Kilo+class submarines in BlackSea. Kilo+ submarines are armed with 18torpedoes & 8surface-to-air missiles and can stay at sea for45days. My pics via
