are you following your constituents opinion the emergency declaration isn’t needed? It surprises me how many are against the declaration. After all I’ve seen happening at the border, we need to protect the US and also protect those that are trying to come

He swore an oath to uphold the constitution. He’s doing it. And the courts will agree. There are many problems in this country. If we start ignoring the constitution to try and solve a problem, we will end up in a much worse place.
