When will I get my items?

Can I pick up my items at an Apple Store?

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay in a variety of ways, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or Apple Store Gift Cards for all delivery options.

We also offer instalment payments with PayPal Credit or Barclays Financing.

What VAT rate will I be charged?

For the vast majority of products, your Apple Store purchases will be taxed using the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Learn more about Payment & VAT.

Does Apple offer an education discount?

Apple offers special pricing for students, teachers, administrators and staff members. If you think you qualify, visit the Apple Store for Education to place your order.

How do I shop for Family and Friends across Europe?

Visit the Apple Online Store of the destination country, then place your order with a credit card. If you don’t speak the language, please call an Apple Store specialist on 0800 048 0408.

Can I deliver to somewhere other than my home?

Yes. You can enter the address of your choice when prompted at checkout. Alternatively, you can select a Pickup Point.

For in-stock items you may be able to order online and collect from an Apple Store within an hour. Free next day means free next business day. Order online and collect from a local pick up point. Select your delivery option and we will confirm your delivery date at checkout. In-flight delivery options may provide realtime order tracking after your shipment has despatched enabling you to choose a new delivery time and manage your delivery date or location. For in-stock items, qualifying orders placed before 7:00 pm Monday to Friday will be delivered in one business day. Orders placed after 7:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in two business days. Orders placed on Friday or on Saturday before 6:00 pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 6:00 pm or on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. For engraved items that are in stock, your order should be placed before 3:00 pm on the above days. For addresses in northern Scotland and islands, next-day delivery may not be available. Product availability is subject to change. External factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, may cause delays to your order.
