I hear you. Last update on that four year old in those diapers is that she stays curled up in a ball on the floor, alone, and no longer speaks. So clearly traumatized. I couldn’t bring myself to ask to be forgiven for this.

Those children will end up messed up one way or another
-
Yes, they have already been harmed. Somehow, some way, I pray for a class action suit against Trump and Sessions by these children.

What law have they broken

This is terrible. If the GOP and Trump are so concerned about national security and crime, perhaps not creating the conditions that help radicalize people would be a start.

8 months old. It’s so cruel. The parents must be losing their minds right now with worry.
-
"However, the dad was deported and NOT his child," RAICES said, explaining the situation in a Twitter thread. The "now-8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for four months," the nonprofit said.http://www.newsweek.com/border-patrol-separated-4-month-old-baby-father-texas-months-new-policy-976713 …

How can that not be kidnapping?
-
Extortion: the practice of obtaining something, especially money or of monetary value, through force or threats. Sound about right?
-
The government is telling these parents that if they don't meet the qualifications for asylum then they are prosecuted and then deported back to their country. Kid stays here. They are either eventually turned over to family or the foster system.
-
Sounds like kidnapping to me.

What kind of care is he receiving? Who is holding him and comforting him (or not)? What does he do during the day? What happens at night?
-
Nobody is comforting that baby. It’s not allowed. Monsters.
-
I understand that other children care for the babies. They’re teaching each other how to change diapers. It’s ridiculous.
-
Not changing diapers is what gets this to the Hague, since basic needs of their prisoners are not being met.
-
W withdrew the US from the agreement to abide by international law. Not sure the Hague can do anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What's the definition of "rogue regime"?
