    I passed the interview and I was technically qualified for the job, but so many more experienced and more skilled people could have had it. Tony () took a risk on me and I owe everything after that to him.

    . gave 17-year old me a job as a Web Developer (not Junior or Apprentice or Intern), despite having no commercial experience. Could have given the exact same money to someone with years more experience, but he gave it to me.
