    Hey regarding the recent announcements of YouTube Music, what's going to happen to existing "Google Play Music + YouTube Red" Family Plans? (5 user = $14.99/mo) It's the only music service all members of my immediate family actually use... and I hate ads.

    YouTube Premium benefits include no ads, background play, and downloads in YouTube and YouTube Music. YouTube Music Premium enables these benefits in YouTube Music only. YouTube TV is not included in YouTube Premium (though you can watch YouTube Originals via YouTube TV).

    Google Play Music stays the same: you can access your purchases, uploads & playlists. When Red becomes YouTube Premium, GPM subscribers in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand & Mexico will pay the same as they pay today. If your price ever changes, we’ll give you plenty of notice!

    My wife and I have been subscribed to Google Play Music for years. Once GPM is replaced with new YouTube Music, will we be able to import our uploaded songs, custom playlists, "thumbs up", and play counts into this new service?

    Some YouTube Gaming channels have reported an unusual drop in subscriber count over the weekend–thanks for your reports! This is related to a recent fix where we corrected sub counts that hadn't been updating for multiple days. The number shown today (4/30) is accurate.

    Update: Looks like this issue is isolated to Android and only a handful of specific cases. We're continuing to monitor reports to get this fixed!

    We're looking into a few cases where mobile live streams appear deleted if metadata (title, description, tags) or change privacy setting (public, unlisted) is edited while processing. It shows: "the video has been removed by the user". Thanks for the reports–updates to follow!
