My girl was sexually harassed by multiple bouncers on multiple nights at this nightclub. The bouncers are straight up assholes and do not treat customers with respect or courtesy. If I could give no stars that’s the option I would choose. Staff was horrible, I had my girls bday there. The waitress over charged me 500.00 then told me I had a 250.00 spending limit for my next bot...tle. The security guard came to my table stealing my Red Bull and hiding it. One of the staff poured my drink all over me after pushing me 3 times. Told her to be careful it was a $30 drink. She called the bouncer and told him I punched her in the face?! This place is a total joke and quite frankly and embarrassment to Nyc! Myself and my twin have been in nightlife almost 16 years here. We are very well known and have been to Lavo numerous times. You ...have a homophobic and transphobic guy working the door, along with some basic looking girl, telling people who can and can't get in. We are always impeccably styled! We attend places all over this city like Boom Boom Room, Public Hotel, Dream, Avenue, 1oak etc. and get treated like royalty... Comped, bottle service, no waiting in line, and its been this way for 16 years. This place should be shut down, for discrimination against the lgbtq!
